Devon traded Pennsylvania winters for Arizona sunshine 25 years ago. After a 20 year career supporting families through the WIC Program, she’s now helping families through life’s biggest transitions--buying or selling their home.
Now a Phoenix realtor, she blends her public service heart and project management skills to help families find a home they love. She thrives on community connections and especially loves to support the women and moms who juggle it all.
Julie Taylor
Julie is a Phoenix native who has spent her entire career immersed in the world of residential interior design.
Her love for Arizona; its beautiful landscapes, rich culture, and stunning architecture runs deep.

Meet Your Hosts
Devon and Julie are two Arizona-based realtors who met while trying to figure out the wild ride that is real estate — and somehow ended up figuring out life, friendship, and podcasting along the way.
They joined the same brokerage, became accountability buddies, and quickly realized they had more in common than just open houses and lead generation strategies. Weekly Zoom meetings turned into therapy sessions with laughter, venting, brainstorming, and the occasional “Wait… are we geniuses?” moment.
Somewhere between pep talks and realtor-client scenario role playing, the lightbulb went off; we should totally start a podcast.
Now, Desert Dish is their excuse to keep the convo going—with each other, with local legends, and with anyone who loves sunshine, good vibes, and keeping it real in the Valley. Expect hot takes, cool guests, and honest chats about what it’s really like to live, work, and play in Phoenix.
